The main structure of the machine: Host transfer consists of two parts
The stainless steel conveying roller is used for conveying, which can fully reduce the wear of the carton due to the conveying friction. The transmission roller is driven by a special high-friction belt.
The paper pusher is conveyed. After the front baffle is lowered in place, the paper pusher will start, push the carton forward, and push the carton to the knotted part. When the pusher reaches the photoelectric position of the knotting position, the pusher stops, and at the same time, the upper platen falls down to press the carton, and the pusher starts to push back and returns to the starting point. The pusher is driven by the servo motor through the synchronous belt, so that the pusher can achieve high-speed, stable, precise and high-precision transmission. In addition, the transfer roller has intermittent and constant rotation, two functions can be selected, and the transfer roller part automatically waits for standby, saving power. When a carton comes over, the induction part automatically senses and starts to run.
Shoot all parts:
The smashing part is composed of left and right swiping. After the carton passes through the second set of photoelectric induction system, the left and right slamming is started, and the left and right directions are smashed. When the carton is pushed to the designated position by the push plate, the front of the carton is blocked by the packing belt and the completed carton in front, and the uniformity of the front and rear cartons is adjusted. After reaching the designated position, the upper platen is pressed down to compact the carton. The cooperation of the above-mentioned parts ensures the neatness of the packed cartons, and can perfectly cope with the top-folding, bottom-folding box gluing machines and box tacking machines.
The size of the left and right is adjusted by manually adjusting the screw, and the size of the front and rear is adjusted by inputting the width of the carton on the touch screen, and the PLC controls the servo motor to automatically complete the adjustment.
Packaging Department:

Machine control:
