Memory reset (erasing memory): During the working process of the machine, if you need to open the machine
to enter the erasing or change a small amount of versions, etc., it can automatically return to the original position after the machine is closed.
2. Upgrade of controllable anilox rollers: when a group of anilox rollers does not need to be printed temporarily,
it can be controlled that the anilox rollers of this group do not need to be lowered, so that there is no need to clean the ink rollers.
3. Position reset: The whole machine can enter the position of the printing plate to return to zero, so that the position
of the printing plate can be in place at one time.
4. The model cutting part of this machine is equipped with a general control system, which can adjust the actual phase,
paper feeding, pressure, fan, main engine start and stop, constant speed cruise and other functions on a touch screen, which greatly saves the adjustment and test time.

1. Printing roller
1) Printing roller φ410 (including plate)
2) Steel plate material, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.
3) Dynamic balance correction, stable operation. Suitable for high speed operation.
4) The ratchet fixed winding shaft can realize quick plate change.
5) Full-hanging format hanging groove, suitable for 10mm hanging strips.
6) When loading and unloading the printing plate, the foot switch is electrically controlled to forward and reverse, and the plate change is simple and fast.
7) Printing phase adjustment: Planetary gear structure, the printing roller is equipped with an automatic zero-returning device, and is controlled by PLC
and 7-inch touch screen. Click to enter the plate roll phase adjustment interface. It has the functions of automatic zero return, automatic plate alignment
(erasing plate memory) and preset printing position.
8) Printing phase fixing device, pneumatic brake device, when the unit is clutched, the brake is automatically locked, keeping the original gear position unchanged,
and the machine is automatically opened after locking.
9) Plate wiping memory function, automatically reset after cleaning the printing plate, convenient and quick.
10) The axial adjustment is electric adjustment, and the adjustable distance is 5mm each on the left and right.
Die cutter with computer adjusable slotter
1. Operation function
1) The stencil roller and ULI rubber roller are automatically disengaged through the cylinder eccentric device under the condition of no die cutting,
which can reduce the no-load load of the machine and prolong the life of ULI glue and die cutter.
2) Planetary structure phase adjustment, 360-degree rotation, stop, both positive and negative operations, the phase adjustment accuracy can reach 0.10mm,
which is convenient for plate loading and plate alignment operations.
3) 7-inch color touch screen and PLC phase control make the operation more convenient, intuitive and accurate.
4) The spline transmission overcomes the mechanical wear of the gear transmission, and the rubber rollers of Youli move 40mm left and right, and are equipped
with a radial differential device, which can make the wear of the rubber rollers evenly distributed and greatly improve the service life of the rubber rollers.
5) The machine is equipped with a correction device for rubber rollers, which can be used after repeated corrections to the rubber rollers.
6) The die-cutting roller gap is electrically adjusted, the adjustment range is 1-12mm, it is connected by a cross slider, and it is adjusted by a double-stage
aluminum alloy die-casting reduction device. The gears are connected by cross slider without key, which can ensure the correct meshing position of the transmission gears when adjusting the gap.
2. Template roller
1) The stencil roller φ360mm does not include a knife die.
2) Alloy structural steel seamless steel pipe is processed and ground, hard chrome plated.
3) The standard stencil roller fixed screw hole spacing (100mm in the axial direction; 18mm in the radial direction) is convenient for customers to customize and stencil.
4) The applicable die height is 25.4mm.
5) Thickness of cutting board: 16mm (for three-layer cardboard).
13mm (for five-layer cardboard).
6) Phase adjustment: the template roller is equipped with an automatic zeroing device, and is controlled by PLC and 7-inch color touch screen. Click to enter

3. Rubber pad roller:
1) The rubber pad roller is φ388.9mm (not including the ULI rubber pad).
2) Alloy structural steel seamless steel pipe is processed and ground, hard chrome plated.
3) The well-known brand Uli rubber pad is used to ensure the service life.
4) The thickness of the ULI pad is 10mm and the width is 250mm.
5) Equipped with electric plate-free die-cutting, linear guide ball screw, only need to input the length, width and height on the touch screen. (One-click single-single single king series)
